Experiential Lesson in Counter-Culture
Mr. Kling's Contemporary History class participated in an experiential lesson related to counter-culture in the 1960's with a protest march and sit-in on campus today. Take a close look at the one in the glasses - that is Mr. Kling!

Anclote High School welcomed Mrs. Michelle Williams this week as its new principal. Mrs. Williams has been an educator in Pasco County since 1986. She comes to Anclote from Hudson High School, where she had been an assistant principal for six years. In addition, she was a classroom teacher for more than seventeen years at Hudson, Ridgewood, and Mitchell High Schools. FAFSA Application Assistance - Wed. Feb. 27, 5:30-7PM
Thanks to all who attended our first FAFSA Overview session this past Wednesday! We had a good crowd, and from the feedback it seems that the program was well-received. I just wanted to remind you all that if you have a student who will be attending - or even MIGHT be attending - any kind of schooling after graduation, you MUST complete the FAFSA as soon as possible, preferably before March 1. Also, any student hoping to get Bright Futures MUST apply for FAFSA. To that end, we will be having our second FAFSA event next Wednesday, Feb. 27 in our Media Center from 5:30PM to 7PM. Parents and students will have personalized assistance completing the FAFSA online! Rasmussen College's financial aid staff will be back on site to help you all out. If you want to get a head start, go to fafsa.ed.gov and apply for your PIN TODAY! You should be ready to go and sign off on everything come Wednesday.
I look forward to seeing you all there!
