We are excited to announce that high school grades were released this past week from the Department of Education. Anclote High School's grade is an "A". We want to thank all of the staff, students and parents for their support and hard work in achieving this milestone. Anclote's staff will continue to pursue excellence for all students. This is a great start to the 2nd semester for 2012.
On the calendar schedule you will notice that over the next few weeks students who are a level 1 or 2 in reading will be taking the Florida Assessments for Instruction in Reading. This test will provide an up to date analysis on lexile levels and progress in reading. In addition, on Tuesday, January 10th a fundraiser will be done for the Class of 2012 at Chili's in Tarpon from 2 pm to 11 pm. Also, on January 12th and 18th, Mr. Anderson, our Career Specialist will be having an open house in the Career Resource Center for parents. This will be held from 1 pm to 2 pm.
